Job Position - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Contract Duration - 6 Months to 1 Year

Work Timings - 8.30am to 5.45pm

Work Days - Monday to Friday

Work Location - Victoria Street

Description:

  • Manage room bookings, venue coordination, and room utilization through the quarterly Facility Book Exercise and ad-hoc requests, while securing external venues cost-effectively.
  • Maintain dashboards to track Ops Cluster performance metrics, providing insights for continuous operational performance and improvement.
  • Ensure documentation of operational SOPs are up-to-date and maintained to uphold operational standards and excellence.
  • Supervise and mentor Student Assistants (Special Projects) by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and assigning process improvement initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage process improvement projects within Ops Cluster, ensuring timely progress and achievement of milestones.
  • Assist with running Academy courses, with flexible compensation for any after-hours work, typically 2-4 times a year.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in data analysis and report generation.
  • Committed to process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Training Management Systems (TMS), Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
