- ~10 years of relevant working experiences in computer networking or the telecommunications industry, especially in the role of program coordinator/ manager. Preference will be given to candidates with project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, CITPM.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including 4G, 5G and NFVI. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Open Gateway APIs, NaaS and associations such as TM Forum, GSMA, etc is an advantage.
- Good working technical knowledge of computer networking, including knowledge of hardware, protocols, and internet standards.
- Good understanding of legal contracts.
- Good financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
