- Managing Client Communications: Handle clients’ enquiries via different channels, including emails and phone call.
- Client Desk Support: Provide support on futures trading systems, trading limits, post trade services, account queries where stakeholders are clients as well as internal business and support units.
- Risk Monitoring/Regulatory: Client risk monitoring & trade capture related matters & proactive identification of gaps and areas of improvements including the application of regulatory and internal risk policy guidelines across end-to-end business activities.

- Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of understanding and experience in the financial markets and trading products especially futures and commodities.
- Good understanding of front-end technology platforms. CQG, FIS UBIX would be a plus.
- Previous client facing experience especially in trouble shooting & problem solving would be preferred.
- Self-starter with good communication skills and enjoys working and collaborating with various stakeholders and personalities.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
