
Senior Digital Media Planner
Job Description
Singapore Medical Group is searching for a Senior Digital Media Planner who will be responsible for interpreting business and marketing objectives to formulate and deliver effective media recommendations, monitoring execution of campaigns across digital media channels, developing insights and translating campaign data into meaningful learnings.
Prior understanding & experience of digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta, DV360 required.
Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end campaign planning: Develop and manage media plans that allocate budgets across different channels (display, search, PMax, social, video), with flighting recommendations and performance forecasts.
- Execute campaign setups and liaise with the web developer for tracking and implementation on the website(s), and ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing.
- Closely monitor and optimize performance across channels, and recommend ways to improve performance.
- Pull audience usage insights, conduct market analysis, and forecast campaign goals and prepare reports for business stakeholders. You may be required to participate in meetings to present media plans and performance updates.
- Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings
- Collaborate closely with a small team of seasoned marketers and provide media buy strategy, guidance and feedback that is aligned with business objectives.
- Knowledge of social content creation and scheduling is a plus.
- Stay updated on the digital landscape, identifying trends, partners, and tools to enhance future campaigns.
- Collaborate with external teams, vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute marketing projects as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field and minimum of three of five years of experience
- At least 3 years in media planning, allocating budgets, recommending targeting strategies, and tailoring campaigns to business objectives.
- Knowledge of paid media platforms like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, DV360, Meta for Business, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience with planning tools, audience research tools, or media intelligence platforms.
- Able to read the data in terms of past performance, benchmarking for upcoming campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership, resourcefulness, communication and organizational skills to effectively guide a small team of marketers towards effective campaign planning and execution.
- Able to work independently and good at adapting media strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
- Analytical and rigorous in thought process: able to interpret overall business and marketing objectives and challenges to formulate effective campaign solutions, develop insights, translate campaign data into meaningful learnings.
