Fulfillment Department | Materials Planner

Job Description:

Fulfillment Planner responsibilities include planning, managing and overseeing demand and supply commitments, as well as handling daily operations through coordination between internal support teams and customers.

Planner will be reporting to Fulfillment Department HOD.

Planner responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements
  • To manage, plan, analyse and oversea demand & supply commitments
  • To communicate with customers and internal teams
  • To be responsible in managing customers accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements, customer forecast/requirements.
  • Implement new processes to support the changing needs of the company
  • Manage product configurations and BOMs with JO database
  • To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
  • Min 2 years of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Office 365

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
