- Bachelor's degree in Product Design/ Business/ Product Development/ Merchandising/ Economics / Textile or equivalent field
- At least 5 years of consumer product development experience, preferably experience in commercial product design, curation, or styling. Proven success in launching and developing products within a competitive market.
- Experience in home textile categories such as bedlinen, cushions, bath linen is a strong plus, with a preference for experience in sourcing or category knowledge in US and Australia market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, emerging trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with vendors.
- Proactive, 'can do' mentality combined with a track record of successful execution of strategies and activities.
- Ability to work independently in a highly ambiguous, dynamic growth environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
