Castlery is looking for an Insights Analyst to join the Commercial team!Customers are at the heart of Castlery and we are focused on deepening our understanding of our customers. In this role, you will be an important team player in helping us make better data-informed decisions. This role emphasizes using strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, and structured problem solving. You will report directly to the Insights Lead in the Commercial team, based in Singapore. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company in a fast-paced and global team.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Proactively unearth insights: Dive into customer and market data to synthesize into meaningful insights that drive high-impact business changes.
  • Thoroughly analyze trends: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and lucrative opportunities for our business, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Strategic collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with insights and stakeholder teams to problem-solve, enable sharing of insights and develop metrics that serve as guides for business strategies.
  • Reporting excellence: Take charge of creating, monitoring, and optimizing the reporting flow of insights initiatives for stakeholder teams, utilizing BI tools seamlessly from back-end to front-end.
  • Business tool development: Collaborate with insights and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and channel your expertise into developing tools or simulation models, helping the business achieve quick and important goals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in data analytics, statistics or any other quantitative discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, demonstrating a tangible impact on business strategies or category management
  • Proven technical skills: SQL, Python, Excel, PowerBI, etc.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, relying on data to craft compelling narratives and transform numbers into key insights that steer impactful business decisions.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Translate technical concepts seamlessly for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
