Job Requirements:

  • Valid EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification (Grade 7).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and authority submissions.
  • Proven experience in handling EMA, BCA, and SPPG applications and submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, regulations, and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and conduct site assessments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and leadership skills for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
