  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.
• Keep proper records of M & E readings and to monitor the performance of plant and equipment.
• Check all service contactors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to the PO or CM.
• Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.
• Carry out minor tasks assigned by the PO or CM with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. changing of bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc)
• Any other duties assigned by the CM

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, mechanical or electrical
2. At least 6 years and above MCST Experience in managing residential, industrial or mixed development
