As a sales (Field) merchandiser, your job is to ensure the company’s products and services in according to the set objectives and goals. And are responsible in particularly for servicing better on existing (Key retailers) customers.
You should be specialties in displaying company brands & products, ranging from personnel, toiletries, households cleaning aids, foods products, snack etc. That was well and prominently located. As you will be issued with an area of responsibility and the key KPIs for you to achieve in measuring your personal performance.
Roles & responsibilities
Displaying products prominently, enhance products display and merchandising at the store level.
Ensuring on sales, prices, contracts are accordance to the company expectations.
Meeting sales objectives, targets and KPIs.
Promoting new products and any special deals, feed backs on trade promotional activities.
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Giving feedback on sales trends
Servicing designated accounts/supermarkets/channel or sector
Follow routing by area provided, and submit routing plans for service level improvements
Provide details reports on trade, customers and key competitors.
Ensure stocks adequate and accuracy at the trade and at all time.
Any other matters designated by the Key Account Manager.
Prerequisite Skills & qualifications
Retails merchandising experience is necessary.
