As a Call Center consultant, you will be fully involved in providing first level of support and quality customer service to our members over the phone and email. You will be also expected to introduce our full range of products and services to our prospects over the phone. Other key responsibilities will include existing client service calls and debt collections calls. You will also be managing a team of consultants to deliver best in class service delivery and collection calls.
Job Responsibilities
Provide first call resolution to incoming calls and emails
Required to listen and probe to clarify members’ concerns
Escalate problem or issues promptly
Identify opportunities, propose solutions, and creatively look for ways to develop new accounts
Job Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Team player, self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Ideally 1 year or more of tele-sales or call center experience
Consultative sales approach
Proven track record of developing new accounts
