- Responsible to Monitor yield rates of semiconductor chip production and define, monitor and escalate action plans in case of deviations
- Responsible to define, provide and maintain Test Environments for Engineering Testing and Quality-related Problem-testing and responsibility for execution of these testings
- Responsible to define, monitor and execute production infrastructure including data exchange
- Responsible to set-up data analysis pipeline and tooling of production deviation
- Responsible to evaluate and release in case of production deviations
- Degree in engineering, mathematics, natural science or similar
- 5+ years in Automotive Position in various Functions, especially R&D, Quality or Project Management
- Execution and Release of complex mechatronic Systems from Innovation Projects to Series Projects (Preferably with experience in Product Engineering with good knowledge in foundry and OSAT management)
- 5+ years of technical, disciplinary and project Leadership in complex international teams
- Experience in working technical English (written & spoken) expected
- 5+ years of Intercultural Experience in working with international teams and understanding for foreign cultures required
