Key Responsibilities:

CNC Programming & Optimization:

· Develop and optimize CNC programs (e.g., for milling, turning, EDM, or multi-axis machining) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

· Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material specifications and part requirements.

· Review and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications for accurate part production.

· Conduct test runs to verify program accuracy and make necessary adjustments.

Process Improvement & Quality Control:

· Work closely with machinists and engineers to improve production processes, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.

· Perform troubleshooting and debugging of programs to resolve machining issues.

· Ensure compliance with precision engineering quality standards (ISO 9001:2015 & etc.).

· Collaborate with the quality department to validate first-article inspections and maintain consistency in production.

Machine Setup & Maintenance:

· Assist in setting up CNC machines, tooling, and fixtures for production runs.

· Ensure proper maintenance of CNC programs, machine tools, and equipment.

· Work with maintenance teams to troubleshoot machine issues and reduce downtime.

Collaboration & Documentation:

· Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to enhance machining capabilities.

· Maintain and update CNC program records and documentation for future reference.

· Provide technical support and training to machinists.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Certification or Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or a related field preferred.

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming (milling, turning, or multi-axis machining).

· Proficiency in G-code, M-code, and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCam and etc).

· Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling selection, and machining processes.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models accurately.

· Experience with high-precision industries (e.g., optics, medical, semiconductor) is a plus.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

· Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
