  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and other resources.
Contract Administration: Assist in contract negotiation, management, and review for construction projects.
Tendering & Bidding: Handle tender preparation, submissions, and evaluations.
Project Cost Control: Monitor project costs, identify variations, and implement cost-saving measures.
Site Measurements: Conduct site visits for measurement and progress tracking.
Reports: Prepare detailed progress reports, cost reports, and final accounts for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost management.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD and Quantity Surveying software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
