Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conducting industrial flow systems maintenance and implementing maintenance optimisation solutions.. The consultant will work closely with clients to identify inefficiencies, develop and implement solutions, and ensure optimal maintenance processes
Key Responsibilities:
Describe common and critical maintenance problems found in various flow systems within our target industries
Identify opportunities for automation, technician enhancement, and improvement of maintenance processes
Analyse maintenance processes and identify areas of inefficiency and potential improvement in real factories identified for case study development.
Quantify cost of failure to maintain equipment, cost of interventions, and calculate ROI of implementing interventions
Develop detailed reports and recommendations based on audit findings.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
Stay updated on best practices in industrial maintenance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting industrial maintenance operations and implementing maintenance optimisation solutions.
Specific experience in the F&B,O&G, chemical processing, and manufacturing industries.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications related to industrial maintenance and process optimization.
Experience working with advanced maintenance software and platforms.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
