6-Month Contract – Temporary HR Executive (People Performance, Rewards & Manpower)
Overview
We are looking for a Temporary HR Executive to support key HR functions, including compensation, performance management, and manpower planning. The role involves data verification, computations for payroll and billing, and streamlining HR processes through SOP development and data cleansing.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management Support – Assist in Total Performance Management (TPM) processes, including data consolidation, promotion nominations, employee communications, and handling TPM-related queries with HRBPs.
Manpower Expenditure & Billing – Verify and compute manpower costs related to employee deployment and secondment for accurate invoicing.
Payroll & Compensation Administration – Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly and ad-hoc payments based on compensation policies.
Process Improvement & Data Management – Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compensation-related processes and support HRIS data cleansing.
Administrative Support – Handle award payouts and user access management.
Who We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
HR administration experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
Contract Duration: 6 months (May to Nov 2025)
Location: Central Singapore
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
