The Programme Development team is responsible for designing and implementing high-impact social initiatives that cater to the diverse readiness levels of businesses. This team plays a critical role in building trusted partnerships with both corporate and community organisations, offering tailored support and resources to deliver meaningful volunteering experiences. It also oversees the development of robust monitoring, evaluation, and reporting frameworks to measure programme effectiveness and deliver on actionable insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Programme Management: Design and manage volunteering programmes tailored to corporates’ varying levels of maturity and capacity. Provide customised guidance to corporates to ensure a positive experience and impactful outcomes.
- Partnership Management & Support: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with corporate stakeholders and community agencies. Provide ongoing advisory support, training, and resources to ensure successful programme delivery. Serve as the main liaison to address and resolve any challenges between corporate and community partners.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (M&E): Develop and implement an M&E framework to assess programme effectiveness and measure business and social impact outcomes. Collect and analyse data to produce clear and compelling impact reports for internal and external stakeholders. Use insights and feedback to refine programme design and enhance delivery outcomes.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Social Sciences, Non-Profit Management, Business or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in programme development, with strong knowledge of corporate volunteering and community development best practices.
- Proven track record in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and partnerships.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
