- Collaborate with our Corporate Communication & Branding team to enhance employer branding initiatives targeted at students and young professionals.
- Any other talent attraction portfolios and/or projects as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in talent attraction, campus recruitment, or IHL engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with IHLs and managing student-related programs is highly preferred.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for employer branding and talent engagement.
