To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsLenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) is Lenovo's in-house technology finance specialist that provides worldwide financial coverage, empowering organizations to invest in technology their way with a single contract framework.Job Summary: This is a global role focused on managing the strategic mapping, scoping and implementation of the LGFS project investment Portfolio. This person will become a subject matter expert on the LGFS project Portfolio and ensure alignment with internal teams to meet business & customer requirements. This role is central to the management of those initiatives and programs across the breadth of Lenovo stakeholders, including DT, Finance, HR, Legal, Treasury, Credit and the ISO OrganizationResponsibilities
  • Supporting LGFS management in the defining of a strategic vision, purpose, strategy and translation of that into a multiyear activity plan.
  • Supporting LGFS management in the management of internal business alignment on value proposition and alignment with other business functions.
  • Ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into a technology solution roadmap.
  • Prioritization of initiatives forming part of the technology solution roadmap based on value/impact, risk and ease of delivery.
  • Oversee the financial health of the portfolio, monitoring that projects stay within budget.
  • Supporting the monitoring of each initiative to ensure there is transparency of progress and status to the defined outcomes. Highlighting risks, and proposed remediation actions.
  • Ensuring each technology initiative/program is set up for set up from commencement consistent with standard technology project delivery disciplines and defined Lenovo project delivery standards.
  • Ensuring change management and training is effectively deployed for each initiative to ensure that the value anticipated from the initiative is realized by the business.
  • Supporting DT in their journey to improve the maturity of their project delivery capability together with helping them align to the short- and longer-term needs of the business.
Education and Work Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline.
  • Prince 2 or Project Delivery Certification
  • Ten (10) years plus experience in leasing or financing business.
  • Able to demonstrate the implementation of Project Management governance structures and disciplines into large organizations and the delivery of benefits
  • Experience in the management of an Investment Portfolio Planning process including the prioritization of the portfolio to Business Objectives
  • Experience in the delivery of large and complex Technology Programs of work encompassing multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Experience in review, making recommendations and restructuring of Programs of work including review of project team, project scope, financial & dependency management, risks, and issues, and ensuring a delivery path exists for desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align business functions, drive positive outcomes, and create economic value.
Experience in the translation of customer requirements into solutions and the subsequent implementation of those solutions into BAU processes.Additional Locations:
