Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Business Systems Manager:
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provide operational assistance for ERP system users. This includes overseeing Level 1 and Level 2 support, addressing daily operational issues and requests, and offering technical guidance to resolve system-related challenges.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to implement enhancements and modifications to the ERP system for new deployments.
- Plan and manage implementation activities, allocate resources, and engage with subject matter experts when needed to ensure solutions align with operational needs.
- Assess current and future operational requirements by conducting a comprehensive review of ERP systems.
- Assist in evaluating existing and alternative ERP solutions, aligning functionalities with operational demands, and proposing suitable approaches for system upgrades or new implementations.
- Manage the system lifecycle to ensure all developments, implementations, and support activities comply with established organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Oversee daily SAP system operations, ensuring stability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, managing support activities, training, and career development to enhance expertise and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two ERP system implementation experiences.
- At least five years of experience managing SAP systems, with expertise in SAP / S/4 HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP modules such as FICO, WM, QA, MM, PP, and SD, along with knowledge of SAP Basis and ABAP programming.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Strong project planning and control skills to ensure timely and effective system rollouts.
- Ability to stay updated on business developments and maintain the relevance of enterprise systems.
- Competence in developing structured processes to support the sustainability of implemented systems.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 8,500 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.45pm
