Business Management Support

  • Act as point person across all Business Units, especially in terms of business risk and control, operational matters, information dissemination, co-ordination on general queries and escalation, regulatory and compliance matters, and other business initiatives
  • Perform Risk Management and Control tasks (e.g. KRI monitoring, incident reporting, audit point closures, RM scorecard monitoring, etc.)
  • Support Center Heads with various business Initiatives; represent Front Office in regular process enhancement and new product working groups

Project Management

  • Responsible for a portfolio of process enhancement, product development, or process automation projects
  • Prepare a detailed project plan outlining key milestone, workstreams, and activities; manage project delivery according to this plan
  • Track project progress and provide regular reports on status to the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and adjust for changes in project priority, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify, escalate and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee communication and relationships with project stakeholders
  • Manage internal resources and/or external vendors to ensure successful project completion
  • Coordinating diverse teams including internal and third-party members.
  • Applies good project management practices such as techniques in resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled
  • Articulates problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed
  • Applies lessons learned from recent projects to future projects
