A Day in our Life:
- Responsible for the growth and development of assigned industries and key accounts under the team’s portfolio
- Review and track top line and bottom line profits regularly
- Report top line and bottom line profits to management
- Conduct team meetings and resolve any work related issues, including resource planning
- Delegate projects to team members
- Oversee and manage large scale projects
- Study tender specifications to assess project feasibility
- Conduct site recce for designated events
- Brief designers on specifications and requirements by clients
- Discuss and review design concepts with designers and operations to ensure it is in accordance with clients’ requirements
- Submit tender and follow up with clients
- Attend tender interview upon being shortlisted by clients
- Present design concepts to clients
- Clarify concepts and obtain feedback with clients
- Oversee kick-off meetings once project is awarded
- Coordinate with operations to resolve any issues related to the project
- Conduct post-mortem meeting to discuss issues encountered and identify areas for future improvement
- Enquire from clients for feedback after the project is completed and seek new businesses opportunities
Who are We Looking For:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma preferably in events/hospitality/construction management
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in exhibitions and/or events industry
- Possess technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing and floor plan
- Well versed with Microsoft Words/Excel/Project.
- Confident in managing a team to run an operation
- Pragmatic and precise in assigning task
- Good communications and interpersonal relation skill
- Meticulous and able to multitask
