Job Summary

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will take ownership of planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with Account Managers to align paid media efforts with client goals and provide data-driven insights for continuous campaign improvement.

This role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring deep expertise in campaign management, audience segmentation, bid optimization, and reporting to ensure maximum ad performance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute high-impact paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
  • Implement conversion-focused ad strategies, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, A/B testing, and remarketing.
  • Manage ad creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize performance.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and new advertising opportunities to keep campaigns competitive.

Campaign Monitoring & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor live campaigns daily, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues in real time.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Optimize ad placements, bidding strategies, and audience targeting for cost efficiency and improved conversions.
  • Continuously test and refine ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Collaboration with Account Managers

  • Generate detailed campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates to Account Managers, ensuring they have the latest performance data for client discussions.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to align paid media strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.

Industry Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, new ad formats, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Experiment with new paid media strategies to improve campaign scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-channel marketing efforts to enhance overall digital performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency, managing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficiency in campaign execution, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
