Job Summary
As a Senior/UX Designer, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of designers and developers to translate customer requirements and functionalities into user-centered design concepts for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
Work independently or collaboratively with a team of designers to design and deliver a range of digital projects, including web applications, e-commerce and mobile apps.
Provide thought leadership on best practices and next-generation digital trends for web/app-centric user experience design considerations.
Identify and provide heuristic evaluations to devise creative solutions and transform high-level requirements into compelling and engaging user interfaces and digital interactions.
Lead and participate in UX Research to validate or capture customer needs, including conducting requirements gathering workshops and user research, then generating UX Design reports.
Engage in regular facetime with clients alongside the project team, and be able to switch gears quickly between multiple projects.
Design and develop User Journeys, Interaction Flows, Information Architecture, Personas, Wireframes, and Rapid Prototypes across a wide range of interfaces to effectively communicate ideations visually.
Understand and design intuitive Information Architecture, Site Maps, and User Flows for a variety of digital projects.
Conduct usability test workshops/interviews to validate ideations and solutions.
Brainstorming and producing creative concepts for a project
Collaborate with the design team to convert ideas and concepts into visuals and artwork
Pitching design ideas to internal or external clients
Making client presentations and selling the design ideas
Ensure quality control of all creative deliverables.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3~4 years of experience in UX/UI design for websites, web applications, or mobile apps.
Graduate degree in a relevant field (Visual Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, etc.).
Deep understanding of Design Thinking and/or Human-Centered Design principles.
Excellent communication and people skills to conduct workshops and discussions.
Excellent team player.
Critical thinker and creative problem solver.
Ability to drive and articulate ideas as well as creative visualization. Experience in UX/UI Design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Figma and other related tools.
Experience and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to support prototype creation.
Knowledge and experience in graphic design, interface design, or relevant design fields.
