- Process orders including purchasing, preparation of delivery/shipping documentation, and invoicing
- Coordinate with clients and business partners on delivery schedules
- Handle customer enquiries
- Manage both inbound and outbound shipment
- Manage inventory and ensure that goods are delivered on time
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, logistics and/or operations experience
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Strong in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good team player
