
Part-time English Teacher
ACE is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time English Teacher to join our faculty.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students,
with a particular focus on supporting international students in developing their language proficiency.
The teacher should be independent, resourceful, and capable of devising their own teaching materials to enhance student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive and engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of international students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and create original teaching materials, resources, and lesson plans tailored to students’ proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to help students strengthen their English proficiency.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and collaboration.
- Monitor and track student performance, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
- Encourage students’ appreciation for literature and effective communication.
- Uphold school policies, values, and discipline standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
- Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or state teaching license preferred).
- Previous teaching experience in a school or educational setting is an advantage.
- Experience working with international students or English as a Second Language (ESL) learners is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage classroom activities efficiently, and create customized lesson materials.
- Strong command of the English language and effective communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $1,838.30 - $5,569.28 per month
