Intern (Infuse) (Employee Engagement and Community Development)

The intern will support the planning and execution of A*STAR events, which aim to foster staff engagement and a sense of belonging across A*STAR. Additionally, the intern will assist in the organisation and execution of the Interest Group Leaders Training, which equips community leaders with skills to manage and grow their respective staff interest groups.

This internship provides hands-on experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and community development within a large research organisation.

Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Policy, Human Resources, or Psychology or relevant studies.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to draft clear and engaging event materials.
Strong organisational and project management skills,
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and creative problem-solving abilities to adapt plans and ensure smooth event execution.
Interest in employee wellbeing and engagement,
demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to workplace culture initiatives
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
