  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, a well-known brand name in the payment service industry as a Merchant Operations Officer!



Merchant Operations Officer (Admin):

Location: Macpherson

Duration: Now-Oct 2025, Mon to Thurs 8.30am-6pm, Fri 8.30-5.30pm

Salary: $2100/month



Job scope:
Receive files and documents containing past merchant records from vendors
Sorting and repacking of files and documents based on established critieria
Scanning required documents according to established process and ensuring quality and correctness
Maintain document integrity & security



Requirements:

GCE A Level / Diploma
GCE N/O/NITEC (admin experience required)
1-2 years relevant work experience
Prior document digitalizing experience will be advantageous
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Good team player
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
