  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Liaising with Shared Service Centre and ensure all collections in bank statements are accounted for.
Corporate order & franchisee invoicing -

A) Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers according to FRS115.


B) Follow up with customers A.P. department to require timely and complete payment according to SOA.

C) Reconcile and Review A.R. ageing regularly to ensure all debts are collected timely.


NTUC invoice submission, Changi Rewards redemption & reconciliation of receipts
Checking on cancelled orders for the refund of amounts to store customers.
Checking on cancelled invoices by delivery partners to ensure delivery partner refunds back to us.
GTO submission to landlords.
AR Reconciliation & journal entries for cash takings, mall vouchers, mall e-vouchers and in-house vouchers for P.O.S. system sales. Ensure that vouchers A/R are expensed off accordingly with the expense nature, eg. Marketing/Corporate Gifts
Ensure that revenue from various settlement modes are captured accordingly.
Assisting new outlet setup & closure of outlets in processing VISA/Master/NETS/SG QR/SP Services/Singtel/Foodpanda/Grabfood transactions with bank.
Knowledge of cashflow projection from A/R will be a PLUS!
Working with procurement & sales department to ensure that all supporting documentation relating to B2B sales are kept for audit purpose. To ensure that inventory system is updated together with accounting sales records.
Ensure that documentation are kept for petty cash and deposits.
