HR INTERN – Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
As an HR Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of human resource management, including:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support – Assist in job postings, resume screening, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement – Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, help coordinate team-building activities, and track employee satisfaction.
HR Operations & Documentation – Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Learning & Development – Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
HR Administration – Support payroll processing, leave management, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
HR Intern – Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Individuals with a keen interest in HR are welcome to apply.
