  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Release purchase and sales orders, coordinating with suppliers and contract manufacturers on order commitments, deliveries, rescheduling, cancellations, rebalancing, shutgate, buyahead, and critical parts management.
Ensure all commitments and order changes are accurately updated in SAP.
Review new orders, hub orders, and hub pulls transmitted by the contract manufacturer daily via system reports or email communication.
Process and complete orders in SAP using data provided by IBM in a structured Excel data matrix.
Collaborate with Global Commodity Management (GCM), suppliers, and contract manufacturers to resolve pricing and shipment discrepancies.
Perform regular reconciliation of the order book and communicate updates to suppliers and contract manufacturers. Ensure reconciliation reports are posted to BO.
Conduct monthly purchase order price refreshes.
Manage Buy/Sell part number setup in SSA tools and SAP MDT.
Confirm and update sales order sell prices before forwarding shipment documents to logistics.
Update supply dates in shipment documents before forwarding to logistics.
Work with freight forwarders to arrange shipment deliveries from suppliers to customers.
Ensure accurate, auditable records and centralized documentation management.
Conduct Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance testing as required.
Generate and publish operational and inventory reports in BOX.

Job Details:

Work Location: Changi Business Park (Nearest MRT: Expo)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
WFH Days: 2 days/ week

Requirements:

Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Supply Chain
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong co-ordination skills
Meticulous, numbers sensitive and tech savvy
Able to converse in English & Mandarin due to the need to liaise with stakeholders from China.

Please note that this is a 1 year renewable contract, renewable/ convertible. Singaporeans Only.
