Job Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation and effective management of the condominium.
Assist the Property Manager on the day-to-day operations of the condominium.
Work with Property Manager to develop good practices and technical know-how within property management team
Perform regular review of SOPs and house rules to make improvements in building maintenance standards and efficiency
Manage service providers and work with them closely to resolve operational issues
Carry out periodic site inspection for the premises
Plan and implement the maintenance program for building services, M&E systems, repair and replacement work
Identify potential facility issues and work towards resolving it
Review and renew maintenance term contracts
Investigate incident cases & recommend measures to prevent recurrence when necessary
Approval & control of works permit submit by contractor
Preparation of documents for AGM and council meetings
Assist and conduct AGM and council meetings for MCS
Handle any other assignments as and when directed by the Management


Job Requirements
Degree in Building Services / Property Management / Project & Facilities Management or related studies
Strong building knowledge with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in managing commercial properties / facilities management.
Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations
Good experience in tenants fitting out works & liaise with consultant.
Good CAPEX & OPEX working experience.
For term contract & CAPEX, able to invite competent vendors, call tender, evaluate and make recommendation.
Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
