We're a small but growing business currently establishing our presence in Singapore with ambitious growth plans for 2025.The RoleWe are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our growing business. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, team effectiveness, and business performance, ensuring that our systems, processes, and people work together seamlessly to deliver exceptional value. As an early team member in our Singapore operation, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our systems and processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the growth of our business.Growth StageWe're currently a small team in the early stages of our Singapore expansion. Rather than joining an established corporate structure, you'll be helping build our operational foundation. This means fewer layers of management, more direct impact, and the chance to wear multiple hats as we scale.Work ArrangementThis is primarily a remote position (90% remote work) with occasional in-person requirements for key meetings and tasks in Singapore. As this role involves working with local regulatory bodies and requires deep understanding of Singapore business practices, we are seeking candidates who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Operations
  • Help establish our operational infrastructure as we grow from a small team to our next phase of development
  • Develop and implement operational frameworks that support our growth objectives
  • Design and optimize internal workflows to maximize team efficiency
  • Create scalable processes that maintain quality as we expand
  • Support leadership with strategic planning and business development initiatives
Financial Administration
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Manage client invoicing cycles and payment follow-up
  • Collaborate with external accountants on financial reporting
  • Track project budgets and profitability metrics
  • Prepare financial analyses to inform business decisions
Client Success & Delivery Support
  • Implement systems to monitor and enhance client satisfaction
  • Establish standardised project documentation and delivery frameworks
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness across client engagements
  • Support the development of service delivery metrics and reporting
Team Enablement
  • Coordinate resource allocation across client projects
  • Support consultant onboarding and professional development
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies that enhance team performance
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to Singapore regulatory requirements
  • Maintain corporate records and documentation
  • Manage relationships with government agencies and professional bodies
  • Develop and maintain risk management protocols
RequirementsRequired Experience & Skills
  • 2-4 years of operations management experience, preferably in professional services
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with financial management processes and systems (eg. Xero)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a consulting environment or professional services firm
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Zapier, and Monday.com or ClickUp
