About the role BAE SYSTEMS - A small Avionics Service Centre has an immediate opening position for a Shipping/Customer Service Administrator to join our small team. We are located in Loyang Industrial Estate which has been in Singapore for more than 30 years.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to Office Executive
Handling repair quotations to send to customers
Co-ordinate with freight agents for import and export shipping
Handling purchasing for office
Handling general office duties such as filing and photocopying
Reconciliation of month end shipping reports
Providing administrative support to Office Executive and Management
Performing other administrative tasks as required by the office
What we're looking for
At least 2 - 3 years' experience in Shipping Import and Export handling
Order Processing - providing quotations and update customer orders
Excellent customer service attitude
Organized and Meticulous
Good communication skills
PC Literate: Outlook, Excel and Word
Able to work independently
Knowledge on Oracle and Major Exporter's Scheme/AISS Scheme is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Understanding of general office procedures and administration
Those who can start immediately will be an added consideration
