- Collaborate with site teams to drive, develop and implement improvements in equipment that drive cost reduction, improve quality and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (where applicable) to facilitate manufacturability. Assist in driving alignment efforts across Internal Assembly and Test Site and Sub-con using common important metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team on product, package quality and reliability issues.
- Support site development/ integration projects.

- Maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and engineers in other functional areas and in partner organizations.

- Identify and initiate opportunities for manufacturing process/equipment improvement.
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic) with an inclination towards software technology.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent Project management skills.
- Highly result driven individual, proactive and ability to multi-task and handle dynamic priorities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good teammate.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging is an advantage.
