We're seeking a friendly and tech-savvy Level 1 IT HelpDesk Engineer to provide first-line support to our end-users.

You'll be the first point of contact for resolving common IT issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

Responsibilities:
Answer user support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network problems.
Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
Guide users on how to use standard software applications.
Log and track support requests in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
Maintain clear and professional communication with users.

Required Skills:
Basic IT knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
