Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Equipment: Install, configure, and test various equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to safety and technical specifications.

  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to provide a clear explanation of the installation process, and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Site Preparation and Assessment: Inspect installation sites to ensure compliance with necessary requirements and regulations.

  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform diagnostic tests on installed systems to verify functionality and resolve any technical issues.

  • Maintenance Support: Provide support for post-installation maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing issues that arise after installation.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation processes, parts used, and customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field. Certification in specialized areas such as HVAC, IT systems, or telecommunications is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or a related technical field.

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance with relevant Singaporean regulations (e.g., Workplace Safety and Health Act).

  • Proficient in using hand tools, testing equipment, and installation software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to installation work.

  • Knowledge of specific systems or equipment used in telecommunications, HVAC, IT infrastructure, or similar industries.
