  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of subcontractors, technicians and workers in residential and commercial electrical projects.

  • Plan, allocate, and optimise resources and manpower to meet project requirements efficiently.

  • Assess and interpret electrical engineering specifications for repares, upgrades and new installations.

  • Prepare and generate quotations, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with client requirements.

  • Conduct routine inspections, ensure compliance with standards, and generate reports.

  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

  • Perform risk assessments for projects and on-site operations.

  • Enforce adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulations.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.

  • Preferably with 2 years of proven and relevant work experience in residential/commercial electrical projects.

  • Good site management and supervision work experience is required.

  • Able to read technical drawings from AutoCAD.

  • Good working knowledge and experience in management of subcontractors.

  • Good stakeholder management skills, supervisory skills, project management skills, and problem-solving skills.

  • Preferably with class 3/3A driving license.
