We are looking for Order Fulfillment & Packing Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and take pride in creating beautifully made products, we’d love to hear from you

Role Overview: This role focuses on ensuring our products are carefully packed and orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and pack customer orders with accuracy and care.

  • Assemble and tie gift boxes for retail and corporate projects.

  • Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards.

  • Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment.

  • Support with packing for corporate and bulk orders.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Liaise with the team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in packing, order fulfillment, or a similar role is a plus but not essential.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
