Job Duties:
Attend to all enquirers and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service.
Handle administrative work related to gift redemption during malls promotional activities, sales of gift vouchers.
Be familiar and well-versed with the malls floor plan, facilities and available services.
To provide directional assistance to shoppers/tourist.
Handle complains and suggestions with professionalism.
Day to day maintain and update database management.
Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks from desk.
Answering incoming call enquirers.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement:
Min experience of 1 year in customer service
Team player with a positive attitude and meticulous with details
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
