Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection: Combine and transform data from various sources to prepare data for analysis in Excel. Ensure data accuracy and completeness. Help identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and other issues. Collaborate with other team members to establish data quality protocols.
2. Data Analysis: Assist in conducting data analysis using Excel. Summarize findings in clear and concise reports. Support monthly and quarterly business metric reporting.
3. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative charts and graphs to present data insights using Excel and Powerpoint.

Required Education & Experience
B.S. in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science
Manufacturing analytical experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in a financial or operations analyst role
Experience analyzing and dissecting P&Ls
Advanced MS Excel skills (vLookups, Indexing, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Advanced problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong thirst for knowledge
Ability to be detailed oriented, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
Must speak English fluently
Additional Desirable Skills
Proficient in PowerBI
Experience in using Sage X3, APIs and other financial software tools is a plus
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Operations analysis experience
Labor efficiency
Cost analysis (understands cost accounting)

Manufacturing industry is a plus
