Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the front sales area comprehensively (including cleanliness, anti-theft measures, customer service, product displays, etc.)
Assist the Store Manager in managing the administration and work systems for the front sales area
Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the work systems of all front area staff
Assist the Store Manager with employee administration, including work schedules for front-line staff
Tasked with managing, organizing, and evaluating VCM (Vendor Contract Management)
Responsible for providing training and performance evaluations for front sales area staff
Coordinate with the Middle and Back Area Leaders in the daily store operations
Assist with recruiting store staff
Manage store products, including product expiration dates, damages, etc.
Other ad-hoc retail operations duties as and when required
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Shop Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor preferred
Willing to be assigned outside of home location (if required)
Skilled in people development, providing training, and evaluating employee performance
Experienced in analyzing and evaluating product sales (SKU), planning product needs, etc.
Experience in assisting with new store openings would be a plus
