  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Customer Service Coordinator !



Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Bras Basah Mrt

Duration: Asap – 3 months (Convert to perm), Office Hours

Salary: $12/Hr

Job scope:

Handle and process large volume of quotation and sales orders within the stipulated target timeline

Respond to enquiries from customers via phone, email and web chat in a prompt, courteous and professional manner

Process claims that arise from shipment delays, defective items and wrong pricing

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise with regards to customer orders

Any other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of work experience in processing and handling customers enquiry

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Proficient in Microsoft office
