Job Responsibilities
Reception duties and tasks include ensuring guests experience swift and enjoyable Arrival, Departure, and in-house experience.
Work closely with Assistant Manager and provide customer service to guest and responds efficiently and tactfully to guest's complains, request and enquiries.
Liaise with concierge, reception, bell counter and FO cashier on guest arrival and departure.
Establish contact within house guest /long staying guest and renders assistant when necessary.
Make courtesy calls to guests.
To be well versed and updated on all tourist related information.
Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.
On the job training provided.
Requirement
Customer-Service Oriented
Willing to work rotating shifts including overnight (5 days' work week/ 44hrs)
Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
