Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, design and market tax training programs
• Work with trainers to organize and prepare training materials
• Work with trainees to register and prepare training materials
• Procure and pay for training resources, bill and collect fees
• Conduct post program administration
• Conduct market research on needs and new programs
• Administer TA Learning Management System and Trainees’ Management System
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to effectively promote organisational initiatives and engage key stakeholders across various channels
Job Requirements:
• Completed at least a Polytechnic diploma
• Preferred disciplines are Business, Accountancy, Marketing and Communications or Information Technology
• Prior experience in the CET space will be preferred
• Good command of English and communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to work under tight timeline
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software and internet tools
• Practical experience in training, business, information technology or tax is an
advantage
• Able to work in teams and appreciates interactions with people
• Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn
