What you'll be doing
Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions and services
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients
Prepare and submit tender for own or assigned sales lead
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the engineering or industrial services industry, welcome individuals with sales experience from other industries as well
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ability to think strategically and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales situations
Proficient in using sales-related technologies and tools to enhance productivity and performance
Have a valid local class 3 / 3A driver license
