  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, a well-known brand name in the technolgy industry as a Finance and Accounting Associate!



Finance and Accounting Associate:
Location: Joo Chiat
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable/convertible), Mon to Fri 10am-7pm (flexible timing like 9am-6pm)
Salary: Up to $2500/month



Job scope:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support
Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget variance analysis
Support data collection and analysis to provide financial performance insights
Assist in cost analysis and financial modelling for description making
Accounting and Bookkeeping
Support month-end closings, journal entries, and reconciliation
Ensure timely invoicing and payments by supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
Maintain financial records while ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Finance Operations & Compliance
Process & track employee expense claims and company payments
Support financial audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Improve finance processes and workflow for efficiency



Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related fields
0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
Attentive and analytical mindset
Fundamental knowledge regarding account principles and financial reporting
Proficient in the use of spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets), experience with financial software is advantageous
Open to growth and learning in a dynamic team environment
