  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Immediate - 6 mths (renewable basis - long term only)
Salary: $2800
Location: Joo koon / Lim Chu Kang area
Mon - Fri, 8am to 6pm (must be open to work weekends or OT if required)

Duties
-Mastering of all Training Software used
- Conduct Training
- Operators on the Training Software used
- Qualify Training Support Operators by conducting assessment
- Upkeep of Staff’s Training Records
- Support in developing/ updating new training plan and syllabus to operate Training Software
- Coordinates with Training Executive on the requirement
- Ensure adequate manpower availability in every service support.
- Covering as Training Support Operator role as and when required.
- Maintain Archives of Newly Created Scenarios/ Exercise File used for Training.
- Attend to system issues reported by customer, create logs and reports to Maintenance Agency when encounter faults (beyond operator) in the system.
- Assist in preparation of Training Lesson, Feedback and Survey during and after the conduct of Training Support Services.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for payment closure.
- Support in routine safety inspection, security checks and report of defects
- Support in inventory accounting, daily snap check, monthly and annual stock take.
- Attend meetings and record accurate and comprehensive minutes

Requirements:
-May require working overseas (short term up to 2 months) when required
- Comfortable to work weekends / OT if required
