How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Descriptions



Manage a portfolio of shipping documentation, coordinating shipments and ensuring timely deliveries
Prepare and file all shipping documents (D/O, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) for different types of shipments (Revenue Sales / Warranty Orders)
Manage BOI Shipments approval and provide Advance Shipping documents
Enter and update shipment data in Oracle System and customer portals
Provide shipment-related information upon request (e.g. Pictures, Certificate of Origin, Cargo details) to Customer
Liaise with Customer Service Representatives, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, shipping companies and warehouse personnel on delivery status / shipment schedules
Monitor shipment reports (e.g. Miss OTD report, BOI report, daily shipping reports) to ensure timely deliveries
Lead the shipping team & resolve daily shipment and order processing issues encountered by the team, including correspondence on shipments (e.g. missing / additional documents to support shipment clearance) and escalate complicated issues where required)





Requirements



Requires a minimum of 2- 4 years of related experience
Experience in working on assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
Able to perform Data Entry of shipments details into Oracle
Able to troubleshoot for incorrect shipment arrangement / documentation error under moderate supervision
