JOB SCOPE
1) Recruitment, hiring and staffing
• Assist in Staffing (Job Posting, Screening, Interview, onboarding)
- Assist in all HR Process for compliance with government laws and regulations
• Conduct Exit interviews
• Assist on MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matters.
• Provides orientation for new employees
• Assist in Onboarding, signing and explanation of company policies, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for employment contract with new employees.
2) Training
• Trainings programs discussion and training arrangement
• Food hygiene cert arrangement
• Maintain training records
3) Staff Benefits and CSR
• Administers employee benefits programs and coordinates and confirms with management
• Manage and organise Company events (half yearly CSR event, once every 4 months Greendot welcoming day + Annual Event)
• Manage Staff Birthday vouchers, Anniversary vouchers and Yearly Greendot Family Vouchers
• Conduct and Manage Yearly Staff Satisfaction Survey
• Sending Reminder to outlet in charge on coming staff's birthday
• Discussion and execution on improving company overall benefits and culture
4) HR Records Maintenance and administration
• Maintains human resources records for employees and ensuring the confidentiality and security of HR files and filing systems
• Taking company calls
• Support the HR and Admin dept and perform administrative work as needed by the management
Requirement:
* Possess Diploma in Human Resources
* Experience in using HRMS ( e.g. STAFFANY, TALENOX )
* Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
• Meticulous, well organized, and conscientious.
* Ability to work independently
